Stacy's: A foodie's happy haven

Stacy's is probably one of the cutest restaurants I've ever visited. The restaurant's interior is fascinating and I just want to "tambay" or stay in the place the whole day. :))) HAHAHAHA!

On one corner of the resto are these cute and artsy-fartsy display and decorations.

The counter area, dessert station and the pink refrigerator easily caught my attention.

Let's proceed to the food. It is a bit pricey but I think it's worth it because the food is appetizing and delicious!! *I'm totally salivating now while thinking of the food we ate*

Every table gets a freebie. Yes, a freebie!!!! :))) Check it out..

Freebie: Popcorn topped with marshmallows and strawberry pretzels! Photos by Yvette Macalino
For main course..

Granny's Picnic Bowl (Scrumptious chicken and pork adobo, done two ways! Chunks of chicken and pork belly carefully simmered in their special honey vinegar concoction then dried, flaked and refried. Indulgently topped with Laguna white cheese and served with roasted garlic rice, scrambled egg and mango-tomato salsa on the side. Source: Stacy's Menu) Photo by Yvette Macalino

Waikiki Omu-Rice (Caramelized spam like you've never tasted it! Pan-grilled in brown sugar and folded into buttery mushroom fried rice, wrapped in a yummy cheese two-egg omelette. Served with creamy Japanese mayo, tomato blend ketchup and fiery hot sauce for that added kick! Source: Stacy's Menu) Photo by Yvette Macalino

Stacy Jones (Tender yakiniku cut US beef sirloin tapa smothered with loads of  fried garlic. Served with anyway you like 'em eggs, caramelized tomatoes and roasted garlic rice. Source: Stacy's Menu) Photo by Yvette Macalino
And for dessert, we ordered our shared and all-time favorite dessert - RED VELVET CUPCAKE! This is the best red velvet cupcake I've tasted so far!!

They say to see is to believe so if you are not that convinced (but I hope I have a strong convincing powers hahaha), you may try it yourself and visit the restaurant for a food experience. Stacy's is located at Capitol Greenstreet Commercial Center, 1 Capitol Hills Drive, Quezon City, Philippines. It is a 10 to 15-minute drive from UP Diliman or Katipunan.
