Sooooo.. pardon me for being such a piglet. HAHAHA! What can I do? Food makes me happy and keeps me sane. :))) Here is a rundown of what I've been stuffing in my stomach since I was MIA from blogging.
After the hype of this pancake place, my friends and I finally tried their pancakes. Honestly, I can't determine what makes IHOP's pancakes very special from the others. I still find Pancake House and Mcdo's pancakes yummier. Hehe. Is it just me or there is something wrong with my taste buds? hahaha oh well, taste is subjective.
2. Cafe 1771
That same day we tried IHOP was the day before our friend Aaron's birthday. As a pre-birthday celebration, he treated us at Cafe 1771. Ambiance-wise, the place is good but when it comes to food, it is a bit pricey and the serving is little.
3. RYU Ramen and Curry
I am a big fan of Japanese food! So when UP Town Center opened and I knew that there is a ramen house there, RYU was already on top of my list! Thanks to my fellow foodie friend for agreeing with me to eat here. :)))
4. Ally's All-Day Breakfast Place
This little place is located along Malingap Street in Teacher's Village, Quezon City. I feel like a giddy kid because I am just few steps away from several food places in Teacher's Village and UP Village. :)))
5. Friuli Trattoria
An Italian food place along Maginhawa Street, UP Village

6. A Taste of Heaven
I don't really know how it feels like to be in heaven but this new milkshake bar along Maginhawa Street will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. I must say this is better than Starr's in Katipunan. My favorite milkshakes: Cookie Butter and Salted Caramel.

A Taiwanese restaurant at UP Town Center

Red Velvet Cupcake at Vanilla Cupcake Bakery
Strawberry Croughnut at Highlands Coffee
Sugar rush at Breakfast and Pies (a newly opened food place at Malingap Street, Teacher's Village)
Frozen Yoghurt at Red Mango
10. Tamagoya Noodle House
Japanese food for the third time! hahaha. I went all the way to Antipolo after work just to try this hole-in-the-wall Japanese resto and it's worth the travel and time. :D

Whenever I am in Pampanga, there is so much to discover and try and one of those is Mila's Tokwa't Baboy. The place's ambiance may not be as elegant as other restos, but the food here will really make your tummies happy! No matter how much I love Italian and other Asian cuisine, Kapampangan food will always be on top of my list!
