So my biggest splurge this 2014 was for my travels. Every penny I worked hard for all went to finance my trips. Yes, I may be broke financially at the end of the year but I am definitely richer in experiences that are definitely for keeps.
Before the year ends, let me take you to a trip back to memory lane and share with you my travel tales or as I would label it in my Instagram posts --> #traveltalesofyanyan
January: Kuala Lumpur & Genting, Malaysia
My first trip for 2014 was the most memorable one because I traveled alone without a concrete itinerary. Also, I never rode a cab while exploring the city. I commuted all throughout the trip. I'm really proud of myself. HAHAHA!!
I've been to Baguio a few times already but visiting BenCab Museum was a first.
March: TAAL and BAUAN, BATANGAS
This was our faculty outing.
1) HO CHI MINH, VIETNAM
Our barkada's annual summer outing.
First ever trip with my grandmothers hihihi
May: HUNDRED ISLANDS
SANDBOX ALVIERA in PAMPANGA
June: SNOW VILLAGE
I've been to Manila Ocean Park when I was in first year college but Snow Village wasn't there yet so this still counts to my "go to a place I've never been" list. :))))
1) NUVALI AND TAGAYTAY
2) LULJETTA'S HANGING GARDEN, ANTIPOLO
1) CINTAI CORITOS GARDEN & MARIAN ORCHARD in BALETE, BATANGAS
6) OSLOB, CEBU
November: CEBU CITY
1) LAS CASAS and MT. SAMAT in BATAAN
Field trip with my Grade 9 students :)
Sooooo what have I gotten myself into this 2014? A certified wanderlust. :) #traveltalesofyanyan
